Jesus it’s been so busy at work I haven’t had time to write! Not a big deal; I have no real update. Anyways I’ve been running my short runs for about 10 days now, no real problem but I still have some soreness after about 4K. I’m seeing the massage therapist again on Wednesday.
I also got a foam roller. Seems to be working…how long does this take to go away?
Rob gave me a training schedule to prepare for the half-marathon I plan to run in May. Looks pretty easy, but I’m assuming the runs get longer as you train closer to the date.
I’m joining the gym here so I can use the treadmill in the winter. No way I’m running outside in the snow! I’ll wreck my new shoes!
