Week three

Ok so I’ve been running in the snow in my new shoes after all. Joining the gym here is a pain in the ass so I’ll keep running outside until I can’t take the cold.

Anyways things are holding up ok; I have settled into the plan Rob sent to me. I’m on week three. I ran 5K last night and he has me building up to 8K on Sunday. I find I get into a groove around 1.5 K and can run for seemingly forever. Maybe as the speed gets faster and the distance gets longer that will change.

It’s been a month now since I put my name in for the NYC lottery. So far so good. I need to register for the London half marathon.

  1. Yeah you do need to register for London so I can register and take advantage of the early-bird fee!

  2. And is it really a pain in the ass to join the gym at work or are you just too cheap to pay for a gym membership?
